Take Rt 17 to Binghamton, which will merge with Rt 81 for about 3 miles, then take Rt 17 west when the two roads split (this is well marked). Take Rt 17W about 2 miles, to the second exit after the split, this is exit 71(Stella Ireland Rd). Turn Rt at the bottom of the exit. Continue with "ALL" directions below.

FROM THE WEST:

Take Rt 17 East to BGM and use exit 71(1st exit after the Oakdale Mall), turning left onto Stella Ireland Rd at the bottom of the exit. Continue with "ALL" directions below.

FROM ALBANY:

Use Rt 88 to Binghamton, then a short distance on Rt 81 S at the end of Rt 88, followed by merging to your right on Rt 17 W , then two exits on 17 W to Stella Ireland Rd. Turn Rt at the end of the exit. Continue with "ALL" directions below.

FROM SYRACUSE:

Use 81 S, to 17 W . Take the second exit on 17 W using exit 71(Stella Ireland Rd), turning Rt at the bottom of the exit. Continue with "ALL" directions below.

ALL:

Take Stella Ireland Rd north (away from the city) uphill about 7 miles, to the end. At the end of this road, is the Binghamton Regional Airport. At the airport, watch for parking to your left. Use the long-term parking (short term no longer exists, due to security concerns). There is no charge for CAP parking, but be sure to get your ticket from the machine, that we may validate the ticket.

FLYING: Park at Miller Aviation at the western most section of the airport (though a large FBO with many jets, it is the only FBO). Historically, they have not charged any tie down fees, but it is requested that fuel be purchased.
